The Monarch, who has been struggling to cope with his promise to Dr. Mrs. The Monarch about forgetting about henching Dr. Venture, notices that Brock and Dr. Venture are out attending an annual science convention. This leaves the Monarch in a joyful position. The Monarch, in violation of The Guild of Calamitous Intent’s orders, takes numbers 21 and 24 to the Venture Compound for a night of mischief. While Hank invites Dermott for a sleepover.
